What Can One Lemonade Stand Do?

In Community Support, Hope Village Updates, Support Hope Village

This summer, like many other American children across the country, a local Meridian child decided that she was going to open a lemonade stand. There was something different about Ella Coleman’s lemonade stand. All of the money gathered from selling drinks to her neighbors was donated to Hope Village for Children! Ella’s family has been involved in supporting their community for a long time, and she is continuing that tradition at a young age. We are so happy to see kids supporting kids, and want to thank Ella for her hard work on a hot summer day and for the money she raised to help children in her hometown!

“No one has yet fully realized the wealth of sympathy, kindness and generosity hidden in the soul of a child. The effort of every true education should be to unlock that treasure.” – Emma Goldman
